• Each seminar is condensed from two days to approximately one to two hours.  A typical person spends  approximately  4 hours  in the first session including the review time.
   
• Each seminar contains a Question and Answer session that includes the most frequently asked questions.
   
• After you attend the seminar, you can go back to any section for review, as you please.
   
• Depending on your Corporate Plan, you may have an option to receive specific answers to your specific questions in person, via telephone or via email from Change Management Center.
   
• Change Management Center fully supports 'train the trainer' philosophy. If you choose this philosophy, you can consult your in-house
  trainer.
   
• You are encouraged to set up  Users Groups within your organization to help you gain the maximum benefit from Success Seminars.
   
• Then, you follow the Roadmap you learn from the seminars to develop  and execute your own plans for the initiatives that are important to your organization.
